Performing alongside the London String Collective, percussionists and visual artists, the performance will merge several mediums of art to create a new spoken-word experience. Bristol is the penultimate stop of the group’s nationwide tour, having already performed in Newcastle, Manchester and concluding the tour the following week in London.
Solomon was crowned Hammer & Tongue UK National Slam Champion in 2016. His hip-hop infused style of spoken-word is infectious and engaging; talking less to a crowd of people and more to a room of individuals.. Due to release his first EP ‘The Writing is Real’, Solomon is also the front-man of the band Sounds of Harlowe and one of 6 finalists for the BBC1 Xtra & Roundhouse London Words competition. He is most certainly a rising star and definitely one to watch.
